Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express credit cards, in addition to PayPal. Please try and make your
PayPal payments through our custom "Marketworks Checkout." Using
this route allows us to process your order more quickly. Our staff is
constantly monitoring our checkout to process the sales. Thank you.
Shipping
We NO longer ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We apologize
for this inconvience. Your item will be packed very carefully to prevent
breakage. The shipping price quoted in our auctions is for shipping to
the 48 contiguous states. This is a fixed cost and is not negotiable after
the sale. We reserve the right to ship EITHER UPS or USPS. Thank you for
your understanding.
Returns
Buy with Confidence! If you are not satisfied with
your item, you may ship it back at your expense and upon inspection of
the item, to determine that the item is in the SAME condition as was shipped,
we will refund 100% of your winning bid amount, excluding shipping. All
items returned for refunds must be returned no later than 14 days after
the item is received. No exceptions allowed.
Warranty
All of our imprinters are guaranteed for a period
of one year from date of receipt of your item. If your imprinter should
fail due to workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge (excluding
shipping cost.) To exchange your item contact us first. Package your item
and pay for all shipping fees. When we receive your item, we will replace
it with a brand new one. The item must show only normal signs of wear
and tear. This warranty does not apply to merchandise that has been damaged
by abuse, neglect, or misuse of the item. If you have any questions please

Privacy
Mr. Imprinter respects your privacy and is committed
to protecting it at all times. Mr. Imprinter is the sole owner of the
information collected on this Web site. Any information collected from
our users will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different
from what is disclosed in this statement.
We utilize an outside auction management software provider, Marketworks,
to ship and process all of our orders. This company does not retain, share,
store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
The contact and payment information gathered on our order form will only
be used for billing purposes or in the event of difficulty filling an
order. At the time of order the customer may elect to be informed of future
promotions.
Mr. Imprinter's privacy policy is only applicable to its own web site.
Any links to other sites are covered by that site's own privacy policy.
Mr. Imprinter encourages users to read the privacy policy of any external
